BOOKINGS TERMS:

At Amalia Mare, we value transparency. Please review our booking terms:

Reservations & Payments:

• Confirmation: A bank deposit (down payment) is required to finalize your booking.
• Details: We require your full name and a contact mobile number.
• Climate Resilience Fee: A “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee” of €2.00 per night/per room applies (payable at the property).

Cancellation Policy:

• Free Cancellation: Up to 21 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations in less than 21 days:
  • Bookings of 3+ nights: 30% charge of the total amount.
  • Bookings of less than 3 nights: 50% charge of the total amount.
  • 1-night bookings: 100% charge.
• No-show: Charge of the full deposit amount.
• Early Departure: 100% charge of the remaining balance.

Check-in / Check-out:

• Check-in: Starts at 15:00 (3:00 PM). Early check-in is subject to availability. You may leave your luggage with us if you arrive early.
• Check-out: Until 11:00 PM. Late check-out may be granted upon request and availability.

General Rules:

• Baby cots/cribs available upon request.
• Pets are not allowed.
• All rooms are Non-Smoking. (Smoking is permitted only on private balconies and outdoor areas).
